Central location. Comfy bed. Great to be able to use the leisure centre. Drinks were value for money.
Room was very hot but we turned down the heat. The leisure centre was fine but needs a bit of refurbishment, the sauna was out of action. The bar staff....only two...were very overworked. I was waiting quite a while to be served. There were also trays of glasses stacked on the counter, obviously noone there to wash up...not a good look for a hotel.

Nice Hotel, but maybe my expections were to high.
It was conforatable, staf were helpfull in a professional manner rather than a friendly manner (maybe too many tourists), room was spacious, parking was easy. I enjoyed my stay but wanted more.
On a personal note I felt it was good but did not meet my expectations, it sells and presents itself as a top level hotel but is a good hotel but not all it lets on to be. I would stay there again. To many staff in suits for me, a bit to formal. Got handed a note with information which sort of took away from my relaxation, it was you need to book everying, breakfast, lunch dinner you cant wander up, I did book dinner and there were loads of table. I understnd it is a hotel with a lot of tour buses and that maybe what drives the need for booking.
